About Us
Blacklock's was founded by Graham Dennis in 1988 as a general antiquarian and secondhand Bookshop. In 1996 we began a specialisation in Polo Books, Prints and Artwork. We carry the largest range Polo material in Britain. Our range of limited edition prints has grown over the years to represent the largest selection of new polo art on the market. Shop open by appointment only. Please contact Graham before you visit.
Archive Blacklock's holds perhaps the largest photo archive of early polo photographs and houses the Polo Quarterly archive from the magazine 1992-2007. Graham is a regular contributor to Polo Times and PQ Magazine focusing on the early history of the game. We are willing to help journalists and authors with their research where possible.
